Q: I'm not familiar with your service. How does it work?
A: Our service is very simple. We offer deliveries from your favorite restaurants to your home, business and hotel room. Just call our customer service line and our customer service representative will take your order, big or small, and make the arrangements with the restaurant of your choice and a professional mobile waiter will deliver hot and fresh restaurant quality food to your door in a timely manner.
Q: How do I place an order by calling our Customer Service line?
A: Placing your order with us is as Easy As 1, 2, 3! First, choose from any of the participating restaurants and note the item numbers you wish to order. Second, call our customer center line at 309-694-4181 to speak with one of our customer service representatives. Last, we will need your Name, Address, Phone Number and after your order has been placed, we will give you a order total and an approximate delivery time.
Q: What are the ordering hours of Dine-In Delivery?
A: We are open for lunch and dinner, Monday - Friday from 10:30 AM until 1:30 PM and Nightly 4:30 PM until 9:30PM. We gladly take orders in advance. Please call us in advance if you need a specific delivery time. With advance notice we can deliver outside of our delivery zones and hours of operation (minimum amount required).
Q: What is the latest I can place an order with Dine-In Delivery?
A: The latest an order can be placed is 9:30 PM, Seven days a week.
Q: Do all the restaurants have the same hours as Dine-In Delivery?
A: No, Each of the restaurants have different hours of operation, check the individual restaurants menus for the hours their food can be delivered.
Q: How long does it take for delivery to arrive?
A: Our normal delivery time is between 30 to 60 minutes, however, we can make no guarantees on delivery time. Certain situations such as rush hour traffic, the number of in-house, carryout and delivery orders being handed by the restaurant, inclement weather conditions, and road conditions, restaurant preparation time and certain other factors may require extra time. Please know that we are always working hard to get your food delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience!
Q: What is the delivery area?
A: We deliver for two separate areas. Pick the area in which your location will be and the list of restaurants to choose from will be under that link. See our delivery zones page at the bottom of the desired restaurant page. If you are not sure please call us with your address to find out if delivery is available to your area.
Q: How much does it cost for your favorite restaurant to be delivered hot and fresh to your door?
A: The base cost for delivery starts at $3.99 per restaurant depending on location of the restaurant and your delivery location. Please refer to the Zip Codes located under the Main Restaurants page, for delivery fees that apply to your Zone. If outside the Delivery Zip Codes a different delivery charge may apply. Please consult our Customer Representatives for further information.
Q: Do the drivers accept tips?
A: The drivers work for gratuities just like restaurant waiter's. Please consider the efforts of our drivers. Tips are a significant portion of your mobile waiter's income. They do not receive an hourly wage and work primarily for tips and the delivery fee is not considered a tip. A 15% gratuity is standard, however you may tip as much as you would like. Orders over $75 include an automatic tip.
Q: Will my food be hot and fresh when delivered?
A: The drivers pick up your food straight from the restaurant's kitchen and deliver the food in our sophisticated insulated thermal bags. These bags are designed to keep food hot and fresh. Food items such as French fries are harder to keep hot, but the thermal bags are designed to keep them from being soggy. We always do everything we possibly can to deliver your food in the highest quality and condition!
Q: Do you have a minimum food cost to order?
A: Yes, Please be aware that there is a $12 minimum is required per restaurant, Excluding taxes, drinks, and the gratuity for your mobile waiter. Prices, menus, and deliver policies subject to change without notice.
Q: What forms of payment does Dine-In Delivery accept?
A: We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We no longer accept checks, sorry for the inconvenience. Photo ID and the actual credit card must be present at the time of delivery. If the card is not available, another form of payment will be required before we will leave the food. Receipt must also be signed.
Q: Can I put the Gratuity on my credit card at the same time I place my order?A: You may include the tip on your credit card, Just let your customer service representative know when placing your order.
Q: Does Dine-In Delivery offer drinks?
A: We offer 12oz. cans of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, & Bottled Water.
Q: What are the price of drinks?
A: We offer for your convenience, 12 oz. Canned are $0.75 (each) or $3.75 (six pack), which can be mixed.
Q: Do you offer Catering?
A: Yes, Actually, we specialize in catering! Please look for our catering menus under the catering section on the left hand side of your screen. Most restaurants require extra preparation time, so please try to order in advance, if possible.
Q: Can I make Special Requests when placing my order?
A: Dine-In Delivery always makes every effort to accommodate special requests. Don't hesitate to call our Customer Service Representatives. We strive on customer service and would be happy to help you in any way.
Q: Can I order food to be delivered from a restaurant that isn't listed in your menu guide?
A: No, we have special relationships with our restaurants that we deliver for. Please let us know if there is a restaurant that you would like to see in our menu guide. Call our Customer Center and let our Customer Service Representatives know, and we will try to sign them up.

A: We do not accept restaurant published coupons we deliver for. We also sometimes offer coupons through certain publications.

Q: What if I receive my order and it is wrong or an item is left off the order?
A: Dine-In Delivery strives to do everything possible to get your hot, fresh meal delivered to you in a timely, correct, and efficient manner. There are very rare, occasions that the restaurant makes a mistake, but we will correct the matter as soon as possible! The drivers count the items at the restaurant before they leave, but by law the drivers cannot visually see the items. If you have concerns regarding your order call our customer service Representatives, Please call us and not the restaurant.
